Please let me know how you went to Michaelmas Cay!

As I posted on Sept. 13, I have a bird-watching plan on Oct. 20-22,
and in which I have a half-day free time on Oct. 22.
During the free time, I would like to go to Michaelmas Cay, but could
not to find any good way.

Ocean Spirit Cruises has a one day tour, but not a half-day tour.
I considered to charter a boat, because 17 persons want to go to
Michaelmas Cay.
But, a chartering fee of about 6500 A$ is not cheap.

If you have any good idea of Michaelmas Cay, please let me know.
