Access to Werribee farm for Nothern Shoveler

G'day all

I'm driving down to Melbourne next Monday (17th Sept) to catch a mid-afternoon
flight.  If I left a couple of hours earlier than necessary there would be time
to pop into Werribee to try to see the Northern Shoveler.  I don't have permits
etc. hovever so was wondering if anyone would be able to meet me and take me in?
Say around 11am?
