Hi all, On the weekend I was up at Healesville in Victoria. At the Badger Creek weir picnic ground there was a female Superb lyrebird in the barbecue area accepting bread scraps from visitors along with the Crimson rosellas, Pied currawongs, and a few Common bronzewings and Australian King parrots. I won't comment on the benefits or otherwise of humans feeding wildlife (especially right next to a sign marked "do not feed the wildlife"). I've never seen a Lyrebird do this before - is it common?
