I have seen RRPs in flocks of up to 14 at times in the area of West St Clair, but sightings are very irregular.  They do not appear to be here continuously.

I have noticed that they always appear to be male/female pairs within a flock.

Also, I have seen at times a single male/female pair which appear to be very habituated.  I have been able to approach, on foot, to within 2 metres of them on the ground and they have continued fossicking apparently unconcerned.
