I have a non-bird watching friend, she plays golf at Elsternwick and assures me they have Top-knot Pigeon and Major Mitchell Cockatoos there! (I tell her try Crested Pigeons and Galahs!) Recently she was playing golf at Echuca and now asks what was the yellow breasted fluffy bird about the size of a blackbird, with others, on the ground. I am mystified.
