For those of you who managed to muster the enthusiasm to consider last
week's list, the location was Lamb Island at the southern end of Moreton
Bay, SEQ.  Bush thickknees are pretty thick on the ground on the Bay
islands, probably due to the low densities of feral predators.

Today's mystery location bird list is from a stretched 500m atlas survey
[location posted thursday].

The highlight of the site was seeing a pair of snipe, a glossy ibis, a
marsh sandpiper and several red-kneed dotterels and black winged stilts
all feeding in the one field of view through the bino's.
