I've just been notified that the Ground Parrot survey that was to be held on
Saturday 25th August has been cancelled. The likely date is now Saturday
September 15th.

I don't know why it was cancelled but I can tell you that it has been raining
for a week here and the forecast for Saturday is for more rain. The idea of
sitting in wet heathland at dusk in the rain didn't appeal much.
