G'day All,
If it ain't one Cat issue then it's another eh :^D?
I have read with interest the article in the Geelong
Advertiser re: the releasing of non-indigenous birds
into to Australian countryside? has a permit been
obtained for this business? if so from whom? what
weaponry is used in the killing process? could any
lead enter a water system? who is control of the
overseeing of the business with respect to the
possible damage to other wildlife? is the property
completely caged off? could bird mites, feather mites
etc etc be released into the Australian Environment?
what studies were carried out on the total effects to
the local flora and fauna?
What consideration was given to other business's with
the area concerned?
Wish I could get this eyebrow down ;-|
