Thank you all for the helpful tips in seeing this *** Duck. I'll try again this weekend. I find the information on this line so helpful. Today I spent time on a reconnoitre for the Werribee Wagtails outing next Tuesday July 10th. We will visit Lake Victoria, at Point Lonsdale, then on to Lake Lorne at Drysdale before going on to Reedy Lake. Today we went down Moolap Station Road; it is obvious that gumboots will be needed if we are to go far from the car Park. Is this the best access point or would we be better going down Melaluka Rd., I really appreciate all the assist fellow watchers give to me. I am comparatively new to watching, as is our Wagtails group that has grown from an average attendance of 8 in 1997 to 18 now. Thanks again Shirley Cameron Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
