Dear All, After experiencing all manner of server gremlins, the Birds Australia, ABC (our national broadcaster, not the Aus. Bird Count) and acromap Bird Atlas Map Viewer website is up and running again. I hope its absence hasn't caused too much inconvenience. Its at: http://www2.abc.net.au/birds/mapviewer.html Please note that this version allows observers to make a list of all species THEY have ever submitted. See the online help (the ? button) for details. Other minor changes include lists in taxonomic order and faster map generation. The current online database is from 7th April 2001 which is not as fresh as it could be. This will be updated soon to include more recent observations soon. Peter Griffioen Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
