For an overseas visitor in July, which would be a better choice for a birding visit, Hattah-Kulkyne or Wyperfeld? Is there any water in the Hattah Lakes system at present? and are there any birds on it? What birds are to be seen at present at either? Oddly enough, Parks Victoria don't seem to have any current information! I think my correspondent sees the Birding-aus list so it would be best to reply to list rather than just to me personally.
