Hi birders
I know it's late in the day ........ but just a short note to say that I'm
intending to head up to the Tallageira and Jilpanger Flora & Fauna Reserves
in the Victorian Wimmera this long weekend. Target birds include Red-tailed
Black Cockatoo (endangered SE ssp.), Elegant Parrot, White-fronted
Honeyeater, various grey birds (!!) ....... These reserves are west of
Horsham towards the South Australian border.
It'll be pretty much 4WD only territory (and maybe walking only if it rains
much), bush camping, and it's my intention to atlas the area pretty solidly
over the 3 days. Anyone interested in tagging along, drop me a line.
