Hello birding-aussers

I'm spending a weekend in the Jervis Bay area soon, which is near Nowra and 
general Illawarra area (south of Sydney).

I'd appreciate information on specific locations as to where I might be able to 
find the following there:

King Quail
Lewin's Rail
Spotless Crake
Baillon's Crake
Green Catbird
Noisy Pitta (I know about Minnamurra Rainforest)
