I am currently working a project comparing invasion
patterns of exotic birds across various parts of the
world, and especially focusing on mediterranean
climate ecosystems. I am looking for published,
unpublished and any other (web pages for example)
information on exotic birds in Australia (only
Mediterranean climate areas, mostly in West and South
Australia), their history, year of introduction,
breeding status, population size, distribution range
etc. Any information and links would be greatly
appreciated. You can e-mail me directly at:

Many thanks,
