Notice to waderologists, waderphiles and other interested people -

The Australasian Wader Studies Group (AWSG), a special interest group of
Birds Australia, now has a website:

www.tasweb.com.au/awsg/index.htm

This is still very much under construction, so please be tolerant of gaps
and rough bits if you visit it, but it already contains quite a lot of
information relating to wader (shorebird) studies in the East Asian /
Australasian Flyway and this will increase in the near future - especially,
we hope, with further information about the Asian, SW Pacific and New
Zealand sections of the Flyway. More links to other wader / shorebird
sites would be welcome.

Regards,
Hugo
