HI all, Tony R its not quiet any longer Got a crippler today guys, no less than four Orange-bellied Parrots at the top of Laughtondale Gully n/w Sydney in heathland. Definatley two males with large orange belly patches the other two juveniles I believe. There are no confirmed or accepted records for this species in NSW except for some old records prior to 1970( Hanzab). A LIFER for me and a Sydney tick that will take some beating. keith brandwood Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
