Peter,

Have you ever participated in cannon netting? Do you know what the injury
and mortality rate is?

Have you read the large number of papers published in many natural history
journals which would not be possible without the data collected from cannon
netting?

Have you spoken to the people involved in this research?

Why do you think that Australia is a signatory to the JAMBA and CAMBA
agreements? Do you know what these treaties are?

Do you know the migration routes used by the waders? Where do they breed?
Where do they stopover? How long do they stopover? How successful was the
last breeding season? Do you know the biometric distributions of these
species?

Or do you just have the same lack of information that Night Parrot has?

Yours sincerely
Frank O'Connor
