You signed off about ship-assisted birds in the name of good science.
Accordingly, I reiterate my point that it is faintly ridiculous to argue spuriously about varying types of perceived provenance.
I cannot see how the House Crow, Black-billed Magpie and very likely several gulls, wagtails and others, did not arrive here all by the same means. 
To reject or accept species randomly [as part of the Oz avifauna] is tantamount to pleasing oneself.
This is whim, not science.
