Hi all,
I was pleasantly surprised to see on Sunday a good selection of ducks:
1 x male Musk Duck
2 x Pink Eared Ducks
5 x Shovellers
Hardheads, as well as the expected Grey & Chestnut Teals, Black Ducks
and Wood Ducks.

With all the water around I expected only the more common species.

Other species:
Black Swan
Darter
Little Pied, Little Black and Great Cormorants
Great Egret
Cattle Egret
White Faced Heron
Australian Little Grebe
Welcome Swallow
Little Grassbird (heard)
Cisticola (heard)
Australian Reed Warbler - numerous, with young
Masked Lapwing
Black Fronted Dotteral
Black Winged Stilt
