Hello B/ ausers, I must tell you this it semed funny to me at the time but
I dont think the victim would have bewen to impressed. At my home we have
canvas blinds that we drop down most nights to shade the setting sun. A
male ring tail possum occasionaly uses them to sleep on when they are
rolled up so I take care to drop them down slowly so as not to dislodge
him. Yesterday I saw he was asleep on the blind when I dropped them down in
the morning, my wife rolled them back in the evening, on the following
morning I dropped them down again and the ringtail dropped onto the deck
all creased and bent. Obviously my wife had rolled the poor thing up inside
the blind where he had been all night. The good thing was he looked to be
in not to bad a shape as he slowly and I bet painfully sought cover.
Actualy it might teach him a lesson as he dose a lot of territory marking
on the blinds and we would prefer he found a new place to sleep.
