Further to Stuart Dashper's request for Carlisle park information and Ground
Parrots.
Parks Victoria (PV) published a management plan on the park in 1998. The
reference is as follows and it is available on interlibrary loan or possibly
from PV (ring their call centre on 13 1963)

>From memory I believe Ground Parrot conservation was certainly addressed in the
