A two day trip from Canberra to the se NSW coast around Bateman's Bay and back over this weekend produced only one White-tailed Needletail, a very low number considering the weather conditions (stormy and humid). This was yesterday (6th) over the sea off Tomakin (11km s of Bateman's).
