G'day all
Reg, where is your backyard?
Can everyone please either say where they are and/or where they went birding in
precise enough detail so that we could (if we wanted) visit the location.
Someone else posted a message this morning about a couple of national parks with
no information about where they were. I read the message several times before
the word Tenterfield caught my eye. I think Tenterfield is in northern NSW but
am not sure. It doesn't take much to give us this information. It also makes
searching the archives far more useful.
A male Leaden Flycatcher was present along the Grange Burn, Hamilton last
Wednesday morning. This is my second record for sw Victoria - the first was one
in the Mt. Napier State Park (15km south of Hamilton) in March 1992. The
current atlas has a record from somewhere near Hamilton but the first atlas
didn't record any down this way.
Cheers
Steve
