waders at pittown

hi b/ausers,  at Pittown Lagoon Sydney
today were,
12 sharptailed  s/p all juv
6 red-neked stints large number for
this site,
3 red-kneed dotterels
1 wood s/p
5 jap snipe
lets hope this is the start of a big
influx as the conditions at this lagoon
are the best they have been for some 
years and just at the right time.
at home Nth Sackville, Sydney, flock of
white browed wood swallows new bird
for my home making 153 species seen
here.
