Hi John et al. Your one-sentence email amounted to a sizable 3 KB, consisting almost entirely of your whole address book, displayed at the top for all to see. To send an email to a heap of people without doing this, just put your own address in to To: box and all the rest in the Bcc: box. (You can add an explanatory note as to why people have recieved a message addressed to you, if it seems desirable.)
