Hello Birding-Ausers,

The number of Noisy Friarbirds frequenting my 'backyard' at Woody Point, just north of Brisbane, has been nothing short of amazing!
Last week I saw more Noisy Friarbirds fly through my backyard than I had seen for at least six years.
Since I started writing down records for my backyard in 1994, I have only recorded them during the following three weeks:
- 20/8/1995 to 26/8/1995
- 23/7/1995 to 29/8/1995
- 29/3/1998 to 4/4/1998

Coincidentally (?), it appears that the Little Wattlebirds, that have been around virtually all year, have suddenly gone.
