Greetings Birders

The Comb-crested Jacana was still at Kaurna (Salisbury North) Wetlands
yesterday (25
August) at 2.30 pm, located about 120 metres east of the Helps Rd embankment
and 100
metres north of Waterloo Corner Road. It was frequenting an area of flooded
sedge and
algae a little further east of its previously observed site. Its been here for
at
least two weeks now and appears to have survived unscathed, the recent cold
snap.

Regards

Ian May
