Good question Charles, might almost be a "Dorothy Dixer".
      There should be,but isn't,one magazine that goes anywhere near
encompassing Australian birding as a whole.
      Birding-aus, Wingspan, Corella, quite a few State and local
newsletters, specialised groups, Australian birding [for twitchers] and
doubtless other periodicals all have information on what is happening and
where, but no-one brings it all together.
     This birdline has more than any other source of contiuing birding
information, if you can cherry-pick.
