Aus experts to help SA penguins as Peter,Percy & Pam head for stormy waters?

Hi Carol, Nobody has mentioned the man in Queensland, here in Australia, who
says he can get rid of oil slicks quickly and with no harm to the
environment. Every time I hear of an oil slick I remember him on radio here
in Sth Aust. saying he could have cleaned our slick in Hallett Cove very
easily. He uses something recycled and I cannot remember what it was.
Something to do with wood products? I wish more people would listen to him
