Dear Birders To help clarify the current population status of the Banded Stilt would observers please post a note on this site of any Banded Stilt observations except for Lake Eyre since 01 March this year, including the date, location and the estimated numbers seen. Your input is important to help verify the decline of the Banded Stilt and will also help decision makers to justify the control of Silver Gulls which are currently decimating the Stilts at Lake Eyre.
