Don't waste your time with this one people. Apparently this has been in
circulation for a longtime (it came thru work a week or so ago) and the date
is well past when this vote was taken - if it was ever real anyway. More
politically astute friends of mine also reckon that email petitions are not
worth the paper they aren't printed on. Better to make the effort to send an
individual, snailmail letter.
