Chris, Karen and all... This tune was discussed a couple of weeks ago on Birding-Aus, and Edwin Vella suggested I LIKE BIRDS could well be a swansong, pardon my pun. The band is EELS. They are from Los Angeles, not the UK. E is the lead singer. They are touring Sydney soon. 'I like birds' is from their third album 'Daisies of the galaxy'. The album has colourful artwork featuring young kids and birds. EELS didn't sing 'detachable penis'. Who did? WEEN? Anyway, a bit of a sidetrack there. LGJ. Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
