Hello All
Has anyone any idea of how many bird familie and, species are recorded
for Germany, and Europe?

By the way I'm heartily enjoying the 'vegies, meat and population'
discussion and would like to add some comments of my own when I've more
time.

By the way one of the very few suburban habitats I know of for Rufous
Owl was damaged a few weeks ago when a large tree was cut down by
Territory Housing, apparently in response to a householder complaining
that its roots were damaging her swimming pool!
