Hi All,
I enjoyed reading David Geering's very restrained account of the weekend spent surveying for Regent Honeyeaters and other woodland birds around the northern fall of the Liverpool Range in NSW.

He omitted however, any mention of his own wild excitement when The Bird appeared.  You'd think, after seeing the things by the truckload in Capertee that David would be getting immune to the excitement that the rest of us feel in such situations.  You wouldn't expect him to go leaping about in frenzied delight.  But he did.  It was wonderful to see both the Regent, AND David's response to it. Well done David and Debbie!
