Sunday April 30, 2000
With a full quota of passengers from interstate and overseas the trip was
aborted after 45 minutes into the day, with impossible conditions, 4 metre
swell and increasing concerns. This is the first time an Eden trip has had
to be cancelled. Fortunately conditions on land were better and there were
other options for birdwatching available.
Next trip is Sunday July 30, 2000 with some spots available. Bookings
please to dbjones @acr.net.au or phone (02) 6495 7390. Eden trips are
organised by the Far South Coast Birdwatchers.
