We have seen Spangled Drongos and, believe it not, Grey Butcherbirds, feeding on the flowers, here at Pomona (west of Noosa in Qld). We didn't believe our eyes the first couple of times, but now we have seen the same thing several years in succession and observed it closely, we are convinced they are actually feeding on nectar and not insects.
