A short burst of grating followed by a stridet
>> "kook-kook" which tended to accelerate for around 6+ series. Now i have
>> never that i can recall, heard a Nightjar let alone seen one, but from

>> White-Throated Nightjar?.

I just referred to my CD-ROM 'Birds of Australia 5.0' which contains (it
says) 655 birdsongs and a 'birdsong identifier'. From the description, it
certainly sounds like what I hear on the CD-ROM for the WTN.

An interesting CD, and I recommend it.
