Further to the issue of invasive introduced birds, an article of interest in the
current Victorian Naturalist may be of interest to list members.  Details are:

Excluding the Common Myna Acridotheres tristis from artificial nest boxes using
                             a baffle / Peter Homan
               THE VICTORIAN NATURALIST. 117(2), p. 75 [April 2000]

I haven't personally read the article but it should be of use to those wishing
to control the impact of  Common Mynahs in their area.
