I am interested in people that rubbish twitching of
birds. They usually think that they are the "scientific" ones, and everyone else
who indulges in twitching aren't real birdoes. Get with it Lawrie! Birding is
for everybody, it's fun, fantastic, natural.
Grow up, and get out of the I'm the intellectual
mode. Enjoy birding, other people don't rubbish banders, or list keepers, or
writers, or Uni. based ornotholigists. We all want to see our country's list of
real birds grow. I think Dick Schodde is going in the right direction, at last.
Let him and Mason get on with it. JohnO' (625 species for Aust. plus the
