Hi everyone In Concord West (12 km NW of Sydney GPO), the last time I heard the Common Koels was 9 February and they were often very vocal. However in recent times I haven't heard them and I thought perhaps that they had left. However I saw a male this morning, so they're still here, but have gone distinctly quiet after weeks of much calling early morning and dusk.
