Is that the Wilson Reserve in Brighton, SE Melbourne ? There I've seen a mistletoebird feeding on mistletoes in a she-oak and a nest of the recently-arrived Crested Pigeons. But Azure Kingfisher etc. etc..... seem to me to be highly doubtful.
