Hi All, the Short-billed Dowitcher which was seen at Price saltfields before Christmas is still there. It was seen this morning by John Cox and Colin Rogers and is still in breeding plumage. As before it is associating with Red and Great Knots. As before, a good high tide is required to bring the bird in. The other good news is that the Ruff is still at Penrice Saltfields having been seen twice more on Tuesday and this morning. Tony.
