Hugo and others, One thing that you might consider advising Wingspan readers to do to help birds (and the environment, and society is general) is not to give their primary vote to either of the two major parties whether Federal, for the Senate or the H of R, or in the States, and to continue to write both parties telling them that they won't get that primary vote unless they begin consider environmental issues, not just economic ones, and begin to fund vital research and conservation at a sensible level.
