hi arron.
the s/t/kite reported from  mitchell park
is a regular in the hawkesbury area as
been around for some years now. I have
seen a pair of them on one occassion.
the bird is seen more often around millers 
nursery at mcgraths hill but spent many weeks
around windsor town perching on tv antennas
on occassions. it also spends time at wilberforce.
so as you can see it gets around and is not site
specific you might say. good luck
