Aaaaaah this weather it suits me a treat,
No American snow or English sleet,
Just tiny beads of rain that pepper my face,
Hiding my pain and crying disgrace,
But wait one moment, I was born a pome,
A stiff upper lip is where I come from,
Sadly alas my love has now flown away,
Just 365 to go till we meet in L.A.,
That's the promise I do make to my girl,
My Washington Hilary, who put my heart in a whirl.
