Greetings. A new email based announcement and discussion list, Canberra
Birding (nickname cog-l) has been established. It is an unmoderated
list for members and friends of the Canberra Ornithologists Group. Our
focus is the enjoyment, study and conservation of the wild native birds
of the Canberra, ACT, Australia region. Membership is open to anyone who
these interests.

To join the list, send a blank email message to
or join online at .

It is hoped that the new list will complement Birding-Aus in that
Canberra Birding has a local (Canberra Region) focus while Birding-Aus
is national in character.
