Some years ago Sacred Kingfishers were regular visitors to our garden on the outskirts of Murray Bridge (80km SE of Adelaide) but we haven't seen any now for 7 years  - until the other day.
 
Yesterday I also saw one near the Murray River ferry crossing at Wellington, 25 km SW of Murray Bridge.
 
Have other SA birders observed movements in SKs over recent weeks??
