I'm after a new pair of binoculars - Leica 8x32 if I find the funds. Prices are considerably cheaper through discount outlets in the US and UK. Has anyone ordered via Internet? Do we get clobbered by Customs & Excise when they arrive? Is it legal to get tax free binoculars posted to Australia? Has anyone done time?
