I personally think it will come down to a case of were you born in the
U.S.A. ? the U.K. or Australia

America is famed for NON capitalization ( and yuck they use a z instead
of an s.) I get daily mail and email from the USA and UK and somedays I
can hear Miss Walsh or Mr O'Niell creak in the tight fitting wooden
homes.

If in doubt get the Oxford English out !
