Hi everyone,
I am leaving Sydney for a little excursion to New Caledonia for a couple of
weeks during Oct/Nov and I was wondering if anyone was interested in
joining me. I fly out of Sydney on Oct 22 and return Nov 6. I realise it is
possible to clean up (except the megalurus and now the owlet-nightjar) in a
view days but have made the trip longer in order to try the ferry crossing
to Lifu which according to Phil Hansbro can be good for White-throated
Storm-petrel. Also if anyone would like to join me for just a couple of
days or say a week that's fine.
Obviously I will also need some good and recent information on how to
contact the guy studying the Kagu and where to find everthing. If anyone
knows the site of the Owlet-Nightjar sightings then that would also be
appreciated
Thanks for any help you can give.
Tony.
